- Supports Manager Operational Efficiency & Analytics with system data gap analysis and follows up with internal stakeholders for correction.
- Acts upon automated reports using Business Intelligence software.
- Summarises data discrepancies on weekly basis, and report to Flight Ops Technical management.
- Maintains a high level of content accuracy in operational documentation, taking direction from various departmental SMEs.
- Maintains directory of departmental invoices from external vendors.
- Ensures acknowledgment of Operational Notices by users throughout various business units.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Understanding of basic aeronautical terms is an advantage
- Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree)- 2
- Requires Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
